Data Logging
Our data loggers remotely monitor a wide range of physical and environmental conditions. Most operate entirely independently, with no need for power or telephone connections. Data is sent over the mobile networks and viewed in our secure web bureau. If you need something monitored that is not listed, let us know and we will find a solution.

What we monitor
Our loggers routinely monitor:
- Structural moisture: temperature and humidity over time, to track drying after flooding or confirm materials are dry enough for new finishes
- Condensation: surface temperature, ambient temperature and humidity, to show where and when condensation occurs
- Dust, noise and vibration on building sites, with alarm notifications when limits are exceeded
- Structural movement: crack and tilt monitoring with alarm messaging
- Vibration: capturing shock or vibration above pre-defined levels
- Fluid depth: waterways, sewage levels and leakage rates from tanks, pools or reservoirs
A scientific approach
Data logging removes the guesswork from drying, curing and monitoring. Condensation data gives categorical proof of whether condensation is occurring, and if it is not, we can propose alternative testing to determine the cause. It also shows how occupant activity influences a problem, helping people understand how to ventilate and manage their environment.
Alarm notifications are sent by text or email over the mobile network, and stored data is visible in our secure web bureau, with no need for regular site visits to collect it.
